Confetti Pull-Apart Bread
What makes breakfast more fun? Cream cheese icing, bright colors and sprinkles! Our Confetti Pull-Apart Bread not only tastes great but is also ALMOST too pretty to eat.
- Prep Time: 10 minutes
- Cook Time: 45 minutes
- Total Time: 55 minutes
- Yield: 6-8 servings
Ingredients:
- 2 cans of refrigerated Harris Teeter Jumbo Buttermilk Biscuit Dough
- 8 ounces of Harris Teeter Cream Cheese, room temperature
- 4 Tbsp. Harris Teeter Sugar
- 2 tsp. Harris Teeter Vanilla Extract
- Food Colorings
- Lots of Sprinkles
- Harris Teeter Vanilla CandiQuik
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Open each canister of biscuit dough, separate each biscuit and flatten them into a 4” disc.
- In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, vanilla and sugar. Divide the cream cheese mixture evenly between three bowls and color them to make a pink, blue and purple icing. Stir until well blended.
- Using one spoon per color, spread a little bit of each color onto each biscuit disc. Use the back of another spoon to very slightly swirl the colors and cover each disc. Don’t overmix, or the effect won’t be as pretty!
- Stack the discs to make two towers and cut each tower in half with a sharp knife. Layer the biscuits, cut side down into a loaf pan in two rows. Spray the tops lightly with cooking spray and bake for 25 minutes covered, then 25 minutes covered - or until cooked through and golden.
- Cool in the pan for five minutes before transferring to a plate.
- Drizzle the bread with the melted CandiQuik and add lots of sprinkles.

Sprinkle-Loaded Sugar Cookie Cake
What is better than a sugar cookie loaded with sprinkles? Nothing, unless it’s the size of a cake! Topped with vanilla icing and even more sprinkles this is a dessert worthy of a celebration.
- Prep Time: 25 minutes
- Cook Time: 25 minutes
- Total Time: 50 minutes
- Yield: 6 servings
Ingredients:
- ½ cup Harris Teeter Butter, room temperature
- ¾ cup Harris Teeter Sugar
- 1 large egg and 1 egg yolk, room temperature
- 1 ½ cups Harris Teeter All Purpose Flour
- ¼ tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. Harris Teeter Baking Powder
- ½ tsp. Harris Teeter Baking Soda
- 1 ½ tsp. Harris Teeter Cornstarch
- 2/3 cup white baking chips
- ½ cup rainbow sprinkles, plus extra for decorating
- 1 tub of cream cheese icing, plus additional icing for optional piping
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray a 9” pie dish or cake pan with cooking spray and set aside.
- In a large bowl, cream the softened butter on medium speed of a handheld mixer or stand mixer. Once smooth, add sugar and mix until fluffy. Beat in egg, egg yolk, and vanilla. Scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed.
- In a separate bowl, whisk flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda and cornstarch. With the mixer on low, slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients in three parts. Once combined (the dough will be thick), fold in the white baking chips and sprinkles with a spatula.
- Press the cookie dough into the prepared pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until very lightly browned on top. It will be soft in the center. Allow the cake to cool completely on a cooling rack at room temperature before frosting. It’s normal for the cake to sink in the center.
- Once completely cooled, frost the cake with icing, then top with additional sprinkles.
