Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. 93% lean Harris Teeter Ground Beef
  • 1 package Harris Teeter Taco Seasoning
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 package Harris Teeter Romaine Salad Blend
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup Harris Teeter Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • ½ cup HT Traders Chipotle Salsa

Directions:

  1. Brown beef in a large skillet over medium high heat. Once fully cooked, drain out the grease and return the meat to the pan. Pour in the water and seasoning and cook over medium low heat until fragrant. Set aside to cool.
  2. Assemble the salads by dividing the romaine blend amongst four resealable containers. Add tomatoes, cheese and cooled seasoned beef to each salad. Drizzle with salsa and refrigerate until ready to enjoy.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup HT Traders Peppercorn Ranch Dressing
  • 3 cups Harris Teeter Bowtie pasta, cooked and drained
  • 2 cooked chicken breasts, sliced -or- 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1 package Harris Teeter Romaine Salad Blend
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ¼ cup HT Traders Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 cup HT Traders Caesar Croutons

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, mix the pasta and cooked chicken with the dressing and Parmesan. Toss to coat.
  2. Divide the mixture into four resealable containers. To the side, divide the romaine lettuce, tomatoes, and croutons. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  3. To enjoy, mix the ingredients together and serve with extra dressing, if desired.

Salad Ingredients:

  • 8 ounces par-cooked soba noodles
  • 2 cups edamame, cooked
  • 2 cucumbers, diced

Sesame Sauce:

  • ¼ cup tahini paste
  • ¼ cup warm water
  • 3 Tbsp. Harris Teeter Soy Sauce

  • 1 Tbsp. rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder

Directions:

  1. Combine sauce ingredients in a small bowl. Whisk and set aside.
  2. Cook noodles according to package directions, then drain and rinse in cold water. Toss the noodles with half of the sauce.

  3. Cook rice according to package directions and divide between four resealable containers. Top with chicken and vegetables and refrigerate until ready to eat.
