Summer Shrimp Salad

This salad is the perfect meal when tomatoes are at their peak. Juicy tomatoes tossed with crisp lettuce and shrimp in a creamy garlic-lemon dressing are accented with crisp cheese crackers for an easy family-friendly meal.

Ingredients

  • 1⁄3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons milk
  • 1 clove clove garlic, minced
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon Worcestershire
  • 8 cups romaine lettuce, torn
  • 5 radishes, halved and thinly sliced
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 bag Tail-On Peeled & Deveined Small Cooked Shrimp
  • 3 cups Cheez-It® Baked Snack Crackers

Directions

  • Whisk the mayo, lemon juice, milk, garlic and Worcestershire together in a small bowl.
  • Combine all salad ingredients, except crackers, in a large bowl. Toss with enough dressing to lightly coat. Gently stir in crackers. Refrigerate leftovers.
