This salad is the perfect meal when tomatoes are at their peak. Juicy tomatoes tossed with crisp lettuce and shrimp in a creamy garlic-lemon dressing are accented with crisp cheese crackers for an easy family-friendly meal.

Ingredients
- 1⁄3 cup mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons milk
- 1 clove clove garlic, minced
- 1⁄4 teaspoon Worcestershire
- 8 cups romaine lettuce, torn
- 5 radishes, halved and thinly sliced
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 bag Tail-On Peeled & Deveined Small Cooked Shrimp
- 3 cups Cheez-It® Baked Snack Crackers
Directions
- Whisk the mayo, lemon juice, milk, garlic and Worcestershire together in a small bowl.
- Combine all salad ingredients, except crackers, in a large bowl. Toss with enough dressing to lightly coat. Gently stir in crackers. Refrigerate leftovers.
