Creamy Cucumber Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 cups english cucumber, sliced into rounds
  • 1 medium onion, thinly sliced and separated into rings
  • 1 cup marzetti slaw dressing
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon dill weed
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 head lettuce

Directions

  • In medium bowl, combine cucumber, onion, dressing, lemon juice dill and salt. Cover and chill several hours to blend flavors. Spoon over lettuce and serve.
