Aperol Cider Spritz
You might think of an Aperol spritz as more of a summer cocktail, but the addition of apple cider makes it perfect for cool weather, too.

Ingredients
- Ice
- 4 oz. apple cider
- 3 oz. Aperol
- 6 oz. dry prosecco
- 4 oz. club soda
- 2 apple slices, for garnish
Directions
- Add ice to 2 wine glasses. To each glass add 2 ounces of apple cider and 1½ ounces of Aperol. Stir gently to combine.
- Top each glass with 3 ounces of prosecco and 2 ounces of club soda. Garnish each with an apple slice and serve.
