      • ExpressLane Annual Membership members receive free delivery on all orders of $35 or more*

    • Plus, exclusive access to over $100 in savings on our Specialty Brands when you join

    ExpressLane Annual Membership with free delivery, costs $99 per year

    You still get the same great benefits that are included in our VIC program. Everything from exclusive prices on products, fuel point eligibility, and more. ExpressLane Annual Membership enhances your experience by providing you even more benefits on top of what you already have with your VIC membership.

    ExpressLane members receive 2X Fuel Points on pickup purchases. The free delivery benefit is only applicable to delivery orders.


    You can use your benefits at any Harris Teeter location and at thousands of Kroger Family of Companies store locations whether you’re shopping in store or online. Currently, benefits are not available at:

    • Any Ruler / Mariano’s / Food 4 Less locations

    At this time, the ExpressLane Annual Membership benefits are available only at our grocery stores. Your ExpressLane Annual Membership does not work on purchases made on Fuel or Pharmacy Prescriptions, Fred Meyer Jewelers®,, Harris Teeter® Ship, Kroger® Rush, Murray’s Cheese® or Delivery Now.

    2X Fuel Points and Free Delivery ExpressLane Annual Membership benefits are active within 1 hour of your purchase. You will receive an email confirmation of benefit activation to the email address associated with your digital account.

    No, your ExpressLane Annual Membership will not automatically renew. You will receive an email if there is an opportunity to renew.

    Your ExpressLane Annual Membership expires 365 days after purchase.

    At this time, Harris Teeter is unable to accept for EBT for delivery.

    Your ExpressLane Annual Membership

    Shop as you normally would at You must use your VIC account in store or your digital account online to receive the benefits.

    ExpressLane Annual Membership can only be used by person(s) in your immediate household who use your VIC card or Alternate ID. Household members are defined as person(s) currently living at the same address; dependents away at school are excluded from benefits.

    Customers are able to separate their accounts from original ExpressLane Annual Membership enrollment while still maintaining ExpressLane Annual Membership benefits.

    You may cancel your participation in ExpressLane at any time by contacting Harris Teeter Customer Service at 1-800-432-6111. Any credit issued will be at the sole discretion of Harris Teeter.

    Once enrolled, you will receive email communication within 24-48 hours of your ExpressLane Annual Membership activation with instructions on how to redeem your online or in-store offers.

    Shop as you normally would online at for Delivery using the same digital account associated with your ExpressLane Annual Membership.

    Note: Your order will be fulfilled by one of our third-party partners. Third-party partners like Instacart can accept tips. These drivers are paid a flat rate per delivery by our third-party partners, but 100% of any tip you provide goes directly to the driver. If you’d prefer, you also have the option to tip your third-party driver after the delivery is completed.

    Your membership in ExpressLane does not cover tips.
