SIMI Brightful Chardonnay is a nod to SIMI Wine's classic Sonoma County Chardonnay; this lower alcohol chardonnay wine is made with grapes sourced from the very same esteemed vineyards. SIMI's world-class winemaking team simply adjusted the oak aging and implemented techniques to create a lower alcohol wine with 80 calories per 5-oz serving, yet with the same high-quality taste and full flavor. Aged in French and American oak barrels, this California white wine offers bright acidity with a touch of toasted oak, nuttiness, vanilla and honey. Enjoy a glass of wine on its own or pair this California chardonnay with lemon aioli smoked salmon, toasted brioche or a caprese salad with ripe peach slices and fresh mozzarella.
