Cryo Fresh Mosaic Hops: whole hop cones, picked from the field, and rushed into a patented cryogenic process — hop harvest flavor, frozen in time. It separates the hop leaves (called bracts) from the jackpot inside: pure lupulin, the source of aroma and flavor. "Cryo Fresh hops have similar qualities to traditional dried hops, but they are definitely not the same," says our Head Innovation Brewer Isaiah Mangold. "Mosaic often has dank, ripe fruit character. Cryo Fresh Mosaic is more of a fresh, bright tropical note — like a papaya almost."
