The secret to Michael Angelo's Lasagna with Meat Sauce is the hand-layered pasta. Our homestyle lasagna begins with our made from scratch meat sauce with sauteed garlic, onions, vine-ripened tomatoes, and Italian herbs. But it's the hand-layered semolina pasta smothered with alternating layers of creamy ricotta cheese and meat sauce that gives our lasagna it's signature homemade taste. Mangia - Let's Eat!
