This Haut-Medoc Bordeaux red blend receives 90+ point ratings year-after-year and provides you unbeatable quality at an excellent price. Free of gimmicks and made with respect to the growing area, Chateau Magnol is a breath of fresh air and stays true to the Left Bank Bordeaux style of wine. Recently elevated to \"Cru Bourgeois Superieure\" classification, this deep cherry red wine with violet highlights is expressive, rich and complex. Fresh black berry (blackcurrant, back cherry) and well-balanced spice sets the tone for a harmonious, full, fine and elegant palate with ripe, velvety tannins. Drink now or age for up to 20 years. Have a glass on its own or pair with red meat and ripe cheeses. Serve room temperature or slightly chilled to preference. Vegan friendly and made with sustainable farming practices evidenced by its HVE Level 3 and ISO 14001 certifications. Aged for 12 months with 30% new French oak. Largely Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot with Petit Verdot and Cabernet Franc in small, balancing proportions. Optical sorting, long maceration, controlled fermentation and delicate cap management retain fruit & freshness while finely integrating tannin, color and oak.
