The resulting Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon presents a rich mix of dark berry and black cherry aromas and notes, as well as nuanced flavors of nutmeg, clove, tobacco leaf, cigar box, fresh coffee grounds, and savory spices. A hint of chocolate covered raspberry and cocoa dusting rounds out the finish. Aged to perfection in French oak barrels, our Cabernet Sauvignon consistently garners strong critical acclaim vintage after vintage.
