Fontina is a semi-soft cheese that originated in the Val d’ Aosta region of Italy is touted as a true Italian classic. Fontina is handmade by our Master Cheesemakers from fresh milk gathered daily from local farmers. Aged over 60 days, Fontina develops an exceptional mild, buttery flavor, with a smooth, almost silky texture. Each convenient .75oz. package of cheese is sealed in easy open packaging. These individual packages of cheese are the ultimate grab-and-go snack at only 70 calories each.
