    There may be times when a certain carrier's network is not accessible in store. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do in these situations; however, service interruptions will not impact changes or updates made to your coupon account through the mobile application before the loss of service.

    Yes. To update your email address, please go to the Settings feature and select Email Address.

    Yes. To update email preferences, please go to the Settings feature, select Email Preferences and update any of the email preference options.

    No. Your preferred store will stay the same unless you choose to select a new preferred store.

    The push-pin noted with the star is your preferred store.

    Tapping the screen in the area of the push-pin will reveal store details such as name, address, phone number and indicate that the store is open or closed.

    Select Sale Items from the More button in the bottom bar and then Sale Items from the cart to view the sale items for your preferred store.

    The mobile store locator automatically defaults to the store that’s closest to your location (if GPS is enabled on your mobile device). If you would like to select another store, select "Store" from the navigation pane, then enter the city and state or postal code to search for the store you would like to browse.

    Yes. Search for any product in your preferred store by tapping in the search bar on the home screen and typing in the product name.

    Yes. When you start typing the name of the product in the search field, you'll see a drop-down list of your favorite items, items you have recently added to your list and the top items in that division. If you still can't find your item, tap search to do a deeper search of the entire catalog at the store.

    Yes. Once you start to type in the name of a product, you will also see a coupon tab below the search field that will allow you to browse coupons for that product as well.

    Yes. The search will remember up to 5 previous searches. When you tap in the search field a list will drop down displaying your previous searches (if you have any). If you would like to search one of those items, simply tap it and a deep catalog search will display.
