Unicorn Hot Vanilla Milk
Our Unicorn Hot Vanilla Milk will bring squeals of delight to any lover of all things girly! This sweet pink concoction is topped off with loads of whipped cream, sprinkles, marshmallows, and of course… a sugar uni-cone!

Yield: 4 servings
Ingredients:
8 oz. Harris Teeter Vanilla CandiQuik Melts
- 2 cups Harris Teeter Half & Half
- 2 cups Harris Teeter Milk
- 1 tsp. Harris Teeter Vanilla Extract
- Red or pink food coloring
- Garnishes: Whipped cream, marshmallows, sprinkles, edible glitter, and sugar cones
Directions:
1. Combine CandiQuick, half and half, milk, and vanilla in a sauce pan. Heat over medium heat until steaming, but do NOT bring it to a boil.
2. Remove from heat and add food coloring to reach desired color.
3. Pour the mixture into mugs and top generously with loads of whipped cream, marshmallows, candies, and the cone. Enjoy immediately.
Rainbow Unicorn Dip

Ingredients:
- 12 ounces Harris Teeter Cream Cheese, room temperature
- 1 cup Harris Teeter Vanilla Greek Yogurt
- 1 tsp. Harris Teeter Vanilla Extract
- ¼ cup Harris Teeter Sugar
- Red, yellow, and blue food coloring
- Garnish: whipped cream, sprinkles, and lollipops
- Serve with: graham crackers, cookies, or fruit
Directions:
1. Add the cream cheese, yogurt, vanilla and sugar to a medium mixing bowl. Beat with a hand mixer on medium until smooth.
2. Divide the mixture between three bowls. Add food coloring to make one blue, pink, and yellow mixture.
3. Dollop mixture by the tablespoon into a serving bowl and swirl with a knife to marbleize.
4. Garnish with whipped cream, sprinkles, and lollipops just before serving.
Unicorn Snack Mix
Sweet, salty, and colorful! This Unicorn Snack Mix will bring the magic to any get-together.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup Harris Teeter Rice Squares Cereal
- 1 cup pretzel sticks
- ½ cup Harris Teeter Salted Cashew Halves
- 1 ½ cup Harris Teeter Mini Marshmallows
- 3 cups Bugles (Original Flavor)
- 24 ounces Harris Teeter Vanilla CandiQuik Melts
- Red and blue food coloring
- Assorted Sprinkles and Edible Glitter
Directions:
1. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spread out the cereal, pretzel sticks, nuts, and marshmallows.
2. In a large bowl, add the Bugles.
3. Pour 1/3 of the CandiQuik on top of the Bugles. Toss to coat. While still warm, add sprinkles and gently toss again. Set aside.
4. Divide the remaining CandiQuick between two bowls. Add food coloring to make one blue and one pink.
5. Drizzle each color over the cereal mixture. Top with sprinkles. Allow to set completely.
6. Once the candy has hardened, mix the Bugles and cereal mixture together in a large bowl and serve.

- 48 ounces Harris Teeter Vanilla CandiQuik Melts
- Red and blue food coloring
- Colorful sprinkles
Directions:
1. Line a large baking sheet with foil and coat with baking spray.
2. Melt the CandiQuik Melts and divide among four bowls. Leave one white, and add food coloring to make a blue, pink, and purple bowl.
3. Dollop the mixture by the spoonful onto the baking pan, being sure to alternate the colors.
4. Use a knife to swirl the colors then scatter with sprinkles.
5. Allow it to cool to room temperature before slicing and serving.
