Just as simple to make as your traditional smoothies, but topped with a wide range of garnishes, smoothie bowls are more satisfying, and might just have you instagramming your first meal of the day!

Simply Strawberry Smoothie Bowl
Looking for a great recipe to feature in-season strawberries? This Simply Strawberry Smoothie Bowl is delightfully creamy, full of flavor, and super fun to garnish!

- Yield: 2 bowls
Ingredients:
- 2 bananas, peeled
- 4 cups fresh strawberries, hulled then frozen
- 1 cup Harris Teeter Vanilla Greek Yogurt
- 2 Tbsp. HT Traders Maple Syrup or Simple Truth Organic Honey
- 1 tsp. Harris Teeter Pure Vanilla Extract
- Garnish: sliced fresh strawberries, blueberries, and Simple Truth Organic Oats & Honey Granola
Directions:
- Blend all smoothie bowl ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Divide between two bowls and artfully garnish as desired. Enjoy immediately.

- ½ cup coconut milk (plus more as needed)
- 2 cups Harris Teeter Baby Spinach
- ½ ripe avocado
- 2 Tbsp. Harris Teeter Flax Seeds
- 1 banana, peeled and frozen
- 1 cup chopped pineapple, frozen
- ½ mango, chopped and frozen
- Garnish: Simple Truth Organic Oats & Honey Granola, toasted coconut flakes, sliced strawberries, and raspberries
