Air Fried Parmesan Green Beans and Okra

Ingredients:
- 16 oz. bag Harris Teeter Frozen Whole Green Beans
- 12 oz. bag Harris Teeter Frozen Cut Okra
- ¼ cup HT Traders Grated Parmesan
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Layer ½ of the green beans, ½ of the okra, ½ of the Parmesan, salt and pepper in the air fryer basket. If you have a large air fryer, you can repeat the ingredients to make a second layer. If you have a small air fryer, you’ll need to make two batches.
Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes, tossing every five minutes. The vegetables are done once crisp throughout and the Parmesan has created a golden crust.
Air Fryer Sesame Garlic Tater Tots
Grown up tater tots? We’re doing it! Cooked to *crispy* perfection in the air fryer, these potato puffs are tasty enough for little ones but they might have to fight through a line of grownups first!

Ingredients:
- 32 oz. package Simple Truth Potato Puffs, frozen
- 2 Tbsp. HT Traders Sesame Oil
- 1 Tbsp. White Sesame Seeds
- 1 Tbsp. Black Sesame Seeds
- 3 scallions, sliced
Directions:
Place frozen puffs in the air fryer basket. Depending on the size of your air fryer, you may need to do this in batches. Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes, shaking every five minutes. After 15 minutes, pour in the oil, sesame seeds, scallions, and salt and gently shake to coat. Cook for another 5 minutes. Serve with soy sauce for dipping, if desired.
Air Fryer Everything Spiced Brussels Sprouts

Directions:
Pour Brussels sprouts into air fryer basket and coat the sprouts with cooking spray. Put the basket into the fryer with the temperature set for 390 degrees Fahrenheit and the time set for 14 minutes. After nine minutes, remove the basket, sprinkle in the Everything Spice, season with salt and pepper and spray with cooking spray once more. Return the basket to the air fryer for the remaining seven minutes.

- ¼ cup sliced green onions
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 whole egg
- 4 Tbsp. Simple Truth Organic Gluten Free All-Purpose Baking Mix
- 1 tsp. Harris Teeter Baking Powder
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Coat the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Divide the mixture into four patties and place in the basket. Spray the tops with cooking spray. Set the air fryer temperature for 380 degrees Fahrenheit for 14 minutes. Flip the fritters after seven minutes. Serve with additional scallions and hot sauce, if desired.
