Classic Bellini and Princess Bellini

A classic Bellini is the perfect cocktail to pair with a springtime brunch or to sip on the back porch with friends on a beautiful afternoon. Our Princess Bellini is adapted to be enjoyed by all. Serve it to a mom-to-be or enjoy with an at-home spa day!

Classic Bellini Ingredients

  • 1 bottle chilled prosecco
  • 2 cups chilled peach nectar
  • 1 cup Harris Teeter Frozen Peaches

Princess Bellini Ingredients

  • 1 liter Harris Teeter Ginger Ale
  • 2 cups chilled peach nectar
  • 1 cup Harris Teeter Frozen Peaches

Directions:

1. Combine peach nectar and frozen peaches in a blender and

process until smooth.

2. Add peach puree to each glass and top with your choice of

prosecco or ginger ale.

Mint Julep and Juicy Julep

Mint Juleps are a bourbon-based cocktail that most recognize for being the drink of the Kentucky Derby. Still bright with mint and with the perfect amount of sweet, our Juicy Julep recipe swaps out the bourbon for pineapple and orange juice.

Classic Mint Julep Ingredients:

  1. 2 ounces bourbon
  2. 2 tsp. HT Traders Maple Syrup
  3. 5-10 fresh mint leaves, plus extra for garnish
  4. Harris Teeter Club Soda, to top off

Juicy Julep Ingredients:

  • 1 ounce Harris Teeter Orange Juice
  • 1 ounce Harris Teeter Pineapple Juice
  • Squeeze of fresh lime
  • 5-10 mint leaves, plus extra for garnish
  • Harris Teeter Ginger Ale, to top off

Directions:

1. Add crushed ice to an old-fashioned glass. Add bourbon and

maple syrup (for a Classic Mint Julep) or juices (for a Juicy

Julep). Top with club soda (Mint Julep) or ginger ale (Juicy Julep)

and stir in the mint.

2. Garnish with a mint sprig.

Bloody Mary and Virgin Mary

The classic Bloody Mary recipe blends vodka with tomato juice,

Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, lemon juice and celery salt. Our

Virgin Mary leaves out the vodka but none of the other big flavors for a

gentler start to your day.

Bloody Mary Ingredients:

  • 1/8 tsp. celery salt
  • 2 ounces vodka
  • 1 cup Harris Teeter Tomato Juice, chilled
  • Squeeze of 1 lemon
  • Squeeze of 1 lime
  • 3 dashes Harris Teeter Worcestershire Sauce
  • ½ tsp. Harris Teeter Prepared Horseradish
  • Several dashes of Harris Teeter Hot Sauce

Virgin Mary Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Harris Teeter Tomato Juice, chilled
  • Squeeze of 1 lemon
  • Squeeze of 1 lime
  • 3 dashes Harris Teeter Worcestershire Sauce
  • ½ tsp. Harris Teeter Prepared Horseradish
  • 1/8 tsp. celery salt
  • Several dashes of Harris Teeter Hot Sauce
  • Garnishes:
  • Celery stalks, cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices, olives, pearl onions, or cocktail shrimp

Directions:

1. In a large shaker with ice, add vodka (if using), juices,

Worcestershire sauce, horseradish, celery salt and hot sauce to

taste. Shake well and pour into a glass with ice. Garnish as

desired.

Blackberry Mojito and Blackberry No-jito

Bursting with summer flavors of sweet blackberries, fragrant mint, and tart lime, this Blackberry Mojito, enhanced with rum, is a popular sipper for backyard BBQ’s. Our Blackberry No-jito recipe adds a little tartness from pink lemonade concentrate and smoothness from coconut water in lieu of the rum.

Blackberry Mojito Ingredients:

  • 2 limes, juiced
  • ½ cup blackberries
  • Several sprigs of fresh mint
  • 1 Tbsp. simple syrup
  • 3 ounces of rum
  • Harris Teeter Club Soda

Blackberry No-jito Ingredients:

  • 2 limes, juiced
  • ½ cup blackberries
  • Several sprigs of fresh mint
  • 1 Tbsp. Harris Teeter Pink Lemonade Concentrate
  • 3 ounces Simple Truth Organic Coconut Water
  • Harris Teeter Club Soda

Directions:

1. Add lime juice, blackberries and mint to a cocktail shaker. Muddle

the mint leaves and berries by gently pressing down to release the

flavor.

2. Add a few ice cubes, then add the simple syrup and rum (Mojito)

or lemonade concentrate and coconut water (No-jito).

3. Pour out the mixture into a glass and garnish with additional

crushed berries and mint sprigs.
