No-Churn Watermelon Ice Cream
Retire your ice cream maker and make this easy no-churn watermelon ice cream recipe. Sweet and tart, this No-Churn Watermelon Ice Cream will be your favorite flavor of the summer.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup watermelon, seeds removed
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 14 oz. can Harris Teeter Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 2 cups Harris Teeter Heavy Cream
- 1 tsp. Harris Teeter Vanilla Extract
Directions:
- In a blender, process watermelon and lime juice until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a large bowl and stir in the remaining ingredients.
- Stir to combine, then pour into a loaf pan and freeze overnight.
- Scoop and serve with fresh mint, berries, or a whipped cream topping!
Watermelon Lemonade Spritzer

Ingredients:
- 4 cups fresh watermelon juice*
- 1 cup lemon liqueur (like Limoncello)
- 4 lemons, juiced
- 1 bottle of sparkling wine
Directions:
- Combine the watermelon juice, lemon liqueur, and lemon juice in a pitcher and chill.
- Pour over ice into a glass and top with sparkling wine.
- Garnish with lemon and watermelon wedges.
*Note: A 5-6 pound watermelon will make the needed amount of juice after removing the rind. Be sure to save a slice or two for garnishes!
Watermelon Fries with Lime Crema
When everyone else brings chips and dip to the party, mix things up with these Watermelon Fries served with Lime Crema. Offering the perfect amount of sweet and a wee bit of salt and spice, this appetizer is strangely addictive!

- 1 seedless watermelon
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- ½ tsp. ground coriander
- ½ tsp. ground cumin
- ½ tsp. kosher salt
- Pinch of red pepper flakes
- ½ cup Harris Teeter Sour Cream
- 1 lime, zested and juiced
Directions:
- Combine chili powder, coriander, cumin, salt and crushed red pepper in a small bowl.
- Cut a seedless watermelon into sticks, similar to the size of a steak fry.
- Toss the watermelon with the seasoning blend and arrange on a platter.
- In a small bowl, combine the sour cream, lime zest and juice, and a large pinch of salt.
- Serve the dip with the spiced watermelon fries.
