Lemon Pepper Shrimp Skewers
Try our Lemon Pepper Shrimp Skewers for big beach-side flavor. They only take about 10 minutes on the grill! Save the grilled lemons from the skewers and squeeze the juice over white rice or salad greens.

Ingredients:
- 2 lbs. raw shrimp, tail on
- 2 Tbsp. Simple Truth Organic Salt-Free Lemon Pepper
- 3 large lemons
- ¼ cup Harris Teeter Olive Oil
- Salt to taste
Directions:
- In a large bowl, mix shrimp with Lemon-Pepper seasoning, olive oil and salt to taste.
- Cut lemons in half lengthwise than into slices.
- Thread shrimp and lemons onto skewers.
- Place skewers on a preheated grill and cook for 4 minutes per side, or until you achieve nice grill marks and the shrimp are pink. Serve immediately.
Grilled Tandoori Chicken
Make this classic Indian dish at home and on the grill. The spiced yogurt marinade needs just 30 minutes to bring bold flavor to your dinner table!
Prep Time: 10 minutes, plus 30 minutes to marinate
Cook Time: 15 minutes
Total Time: 55 minutes

Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- ½ cup Harris Teeter Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. Harris Teeter Onion Powder
- 1 Tbsp. Harris Teeter Garlic Powder
- 1 Tbsp. Private Selection Garam Masala
- 1 Tbsp. Harris Teeter Paprika
- 1 tsp. ground coriander
- 1 tsp. Harris Teeter Ginger
- ¼ tsp. Private Selection Cayenne Pepper
- Salt to taste
Directions:
- Whisk together yogurt, lemon juices, and spices. Place marinade in a large zip lock bag and add chicken. Place in the fridge and allow to marinate 30 minutes.
- Remove chicken from the bag. Generously grease your preheated grill and add chicken.
- Cook for 5-6 minutes per side, or until chicken is cooked through.
- Allow to rest 5 minutes prior to slicing.
Asian Spiced Grilled Skirt Steak
This quick spice rub adds great flavor and beautiful charring to easy-to-grill cut. Use our Asian Spiced Grille Skirt Steak on top of your favorite salad or serve with rice and steamed veggies.

Ingredients:
- 1 lb. skirt steak
- 1 tsp. Private Selection Chinese Five Spice
- 1 tsp. Private Selection Thai Style Red Curry
- 1 tsp. Harris Teeter Brown Sugar
- ¾ tsp. Private Selection Sea Salt
- ¾ tsp. Private Selection Garlic Pepper Grinder
Directions:
- Combine all spices and brown sugar in a bowl. Place skirt steak on a baking sheet and generously coat both sides with the spice blend.
- Preheat a grill to medium high and generously coat with cooking spray. Add the steak and cook for 4 minutes per side, or until desired level of doneness.
- Allow the meat to rest 5 minutes prior to slicing.
