Ever since one of our co-founders Jen was diagnosed as a Type 1 diabetic at a young age, she was on the hunt to find delicious, zero-sugar drink alternatives, (with little success.) Cristina could relate to Jen's stories of sneaking Pink Lemonade in elementary school, as she is a mom of three and doesn't want to give her kid's a candy bar's worth of sugar in one drink. Together Jen and Cristina wanted to change the idea that zero-sugar soda meant flavourless, or that living a wholesome lifestyle meant missing out entirely, as Jen felt so many times as a child.
