There are 30 grams of protein and 20% of your recommended daily value of iron per serving. They're ready for the grill, a stirfry upgrade or even a grown-up grilled cheese. If you're in more of a chili-slider-meatball kind of mood, our 92% lean / 8% fat ground beef is a delicious, smart choice as well. We're different. And proud of it.
