Manchester Farms® Quail Eggs are a great way to spruce up your food and drink menus. When boiled, our eggs are a great addition to a charcuterie board or as deviled quail eggs. Manchester Farms® Quail Eggs can also be used to top sushi or a tartare. Not to leave the bar behind, our quail eggs are a well loved accoutrement to add to a bloody mary or an egg white foam for a whiskey sour.
