Product Information
These chips have only three amazing ingredients: potatoes, extra virgin olive oil and Himalayan pink salt. Chipmaster Rafael del Rosal uses only the finest: Spanish "Agria" potatoes; a custom blend extra virgin olive oil from ancient groves in the heart of Andalucía, milled next to the chip factory to ensure purity and freshness; and pink salt, from the foothills of the Himalayas, rich in minerals. The potatoes are slow-fried, allowing the goodness and healthy qualities of the extra virgin olive oil to meld with the chips. They are then sprinkled lightly with salt and packaged in an innovative bag designed to deliver the chip to you perfectly, as if just cooked. Delicious and so right for the way we eat today - a crunchy chip that explodes in your mouth yet is substantial enough to pair with ham, simple seafoods, or a good gin and tonic for easy tapas at home.
