French Blue Bordeaux Rose is quite simply the belle of the ball. Made from red wine grapes selected and expressly harvested for being made as a rose wine, pressed as whole clusters, where after minimal contact with the skins, a light color was extracted and fermented in stainless steel giving vibrant fruit flavors and acidity. The wine has a luxurious blush-pink hue. Aromatics range from rose and orange blossom to strawberry and red currants. Currants, cherries and blood orange are some of the flavors of this rose. Fresh acidity and a dry finish.
