The pH balanced, lightweight face toner is also alcohol-free, fragrance-free, oil-free, and non-comedogenic so it will not clog your pores. Formula contains hyaluronic acid, niacinamide, and three essential ceramides leaving skin feeling balanced, soothed, soft, and clean. Non-astringent and non-drying, toner is suitable for all skin types including sensitive skin. How to Use: After cleansing, saturate a cotton pad with the Hydrating Toner and gently wipe pad over skin until completely free of dirt, oil, makeup, and impurities. Use after cleansing in the morning and evening.
