Elouan Pinot Noir
Intense structure and vibrant acidity differentiates this cool climate Pinot Noir. This wine is brought together with fruit from three renowned grape growing regions in the premiere Western Oregon area.
Presenting with aromas of marionberry jam, Bing cherry, Pluot and a hint of wintergreen melding with savory meatiness. The juicy palate is packed full of fresh raspberry, huckleberry, and blackberry punctuated by cherry candy and a hint of warm spice. The finish is easy, and oh-so sippable.
Lively with bright acidity, aromas of supple red cherries with a hint of maple syrup waft from the glass. On the palate this vintage mirrors the nose, showing flavors of pronounced red cherry, as well as red currant and cranberry, with hints of strawberry.
Beautiful bright aromas of tropical fruit, fresh lime and honeysuckle flower mingle in the glass with a hint of struck flint. The palate continues with fresh lemon and lime zest followed by a touch of quince and wet stone, which leads into a vibrant lingering acidity.
