Drink the rainbow with these good-for-you smoothies. Perfectly delicious and suitable for a range of diets, you’ll want to try all six!
“Would you rather...” is a game often played during family dinners with the kids. It helps us get off the “How was your school day? Fine.” routine. The other night we were asked, “Would rather eat only healthy foods OR work out for an hour every day?”
Hmmm…. Good question, right? I pick exercise. Every time. Unfortunately for me, being healthy isn’t exclusive to exercise alone. So, I’ve made it a mission in the new year to be more conscious of my eating habits. My goal is not to just eat healthy foods, but delicious healthy foods.
That’s exactly what I’ve done with these six smoothie recipes. With a variety of ingredients, you’ll find a smoothie that matches your craving. From beets and berries to chocolate and banana, there’s a combo for everyone.
My personal favorite? Probably the Green Goddess, but don’t take my word for it. Try them all! For more smoothie inspiration from Harris Teeter, click here.
