How to use the yourwellness for life point and step tracker:
  • Save this file in an easy to find location on your computer
  • Update your step and point tracker daily
  • You will need to save the tracker after every use to retain your information
  • Begin by calculating your baseline steps on the Step Tracker page
  • Once you begin the program, check off the points you earn each day by simply clicking on the check box for each goal you achieve. Strive to reach 16 points each day!
We have also included summary pages for your convenience.  As you move through the 15 week program, you will be able to review your progress and see yourself getting closer to your goal!
