Dr. Russell H. GreenfieldHealing takes place best in community.
Welcome to the yourwellness community!

Dr. Russ’ blog is a place you can come to each week to share your experience with the yourwellness for life program, find out what is working for others on the same journey, and ask questions of Dr. Russ. Each week, Dr. Russ will personally answer some of your questions about the yourwellness program. If you’re unsure about what to eat, wonder about appropriate stress management, or simply have a general health question, send it in to Dr. Russ – yours may be the question answered this week! While this is not a source for medical diagnostic or treatment information (you need your own doctor for that!), Dr. Russ hopes his advice can be of help to you.
