At Harris Teeter, we know your time is valuable. That’s why we want to make grocery shopping as easy and convenient as possible. With our Express Lane online shopping service, you can order your groceries online and your shopping will be done for you. You just designate the time you want to pick up your groceries and they’ll be ready! No hassle, no waiting, no need to get out of your car - all for a low service fee of only $4.95 per trip. And as a special offer, we will credit the service fee for all new, first time users. All we require is 4 hours advance notice to allow us to shop your order. You can pick up your order Monday - Friday from 11:00am thru 7:00pm and Saturday from 10:00am thru 3:00pm. We are staffed during these designated pick-up times to provide you with the most prompt, high quality service. If your schedule prohibits you from picking up your order during these designated times, please call us and we'll make every effort to respond to your request.
For same day pick up, the cut off time is 2:30pm M - F and 10:30am on Saturday. Please review our complete "order before" pickup schedule.
Express Lane online shopping offers a complete "full line" shopping experience designed to handle all your shopping needs. It’s easy to learn and use and you can expect the same great customer service and satisfaction online as you do in our stores.
With Express Lane, you’ll get the same great VIC savings that you would if you were shopping in the store. And you can use coupons too. Just hand them to your personal shopper when you pick up your groceries, and they’ll be credited to your next online order.
Our online shopping software is designed to make your experience quick and easy. Choose the items you want to purchase from easy-to-use lists, search and quick shop options, drop them in your “virtual” shopping cart and checkout. You designate the time you want to pick up your groceries and your method of payment. We’ll accept both personal checks and credit cards. Please note that you will need to provide ID and credit card when you pick up your order.
We have designated Personal Shoppers in each of our Express Lane stores who will select products just the way you like them. We offer only the highest quality, freshest products around. So if you like your bananas a little green, just tell us on-line with the “add notes” option and we’ll pick the right ones for you.
In the checkout process we will ask you if you would like to allow for substitutions. Our goal is to never be out of stock on any item. However, if an item is out of stock you will receive a courtesy call from your Personal Shopper to make sure you are getting an acceptable substitute.
Picking up your groceries couldn’t be easier. Just drive up to our Parcel Pickup, push the button on our Express Lane call box, and your order will be loaded into your car by your Personal Shopper.
