It's easy! - Just use your VIC card, spend $40* or more at Harris Teeter in one shopping trip for 14 out of 16 weeks between September 5th and December 24th, 2007.
- Each visit, a status update will be printed at the bottom of your receipt.
- After you qualify, a reward notice will be printed at the bottom of your receipt.
- Simply bring your VIC card and qualifying receipt to Customer Service and you'll get your Steam-a-Wok FREE!
Steam-a-Wok includes one (1) H.T. Traders Steam-a-Wok, three (3) Stainless Steel Utensils and one (1) H.T. Traders Oven Mitt.
* Purchase must be $40 or more at Harris Teeter excluding money orders, gift cards, postage stamps, lottery/event tickets, coupons or any discounts. One redemption per household. Redeem between December 5, 2007 and January 8, 2008. We reserve the right to substitute a reward of equal cost.

Program Specifics
To be eligible to receive credit for your weekly shopping, you must spend $40 or more in a single order, after all discounts, coupons and exclusions, and use your VIC card.
Orders exclude purchase of all money orders, postage stamps, gift cards, lottery/event tickets, coupons and electronic discounts/rewards.
Week numbers change each Wednesday (September 5 – December 24, 2007).
First qualifying order must take place on or before September 25, 2007 in order to potentially qualify for your FREE Steam-a-Wok.
There is a limit of one (1) Steam-a-Wok per household, based on customer information in the Harris Teeter VIC database. Redemption period continues from December 5, 2007 through January 8, 2008.
If Steam-a-Wok inventories are depleted, we reserve the right to substitute a reward of equal cost.
If, for any reason, the Harris Teeter Steam-a-Wok Giveaway cannot be conducted as planned, either by reason of infection by computer virus bugs, tampering or unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of Harris Teeter or if there is any issue to affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or conduct of this Giveaway, Harris Teeter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend all or part of this Giveaway.
Harris Teeter reserves the right to disqualify any recipients determined to be tampering with or abusing any aspect of the Harris Teeter Steam-a-Wok Giveaway.
Non-response by the reward recipient, not meeting eligibility requirements, not complying with the requirements of the Giveaway or choosing to decline the reward for any reason will be considered recipient’s forfeiture of reward.
This Giveaway, and all of its parts, is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Harris Teeter, Ruddick Corporation, their affiliates, parents and subsidiaries, and the employees, officers and directors of all such parties assume no responsibility or liability for, and all participants agree to release and hold them harmless from and against, any damages, injuries, losses, claims or causes of action of any kind arising from participation in this promotion, the operation of this Contest or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the reward.
