Program Specifics
To be eligible to receive credit for your weekly shopping, you must spend a specified amount or more in a single order, after all discounts, coupons and exclusions, and use your VIC card.
Orders exclude purchase of all money orders, postage stamps, gift cards and event tickets.
Week numbers change each Wednesday during the length of the program.
There is a limit of one (1) reward per household, based on customer information in the Harris Teeter VIC database.
If reward inventories are depleted, we reserve the right to substitute a reward of equal cost.
If, for any reason, the VIC Giveaway cannot be conducted as planned, either by reason of infection by computer virus bugs, tampering or unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of Harris Teeter or if there is any issue to affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or conduct of this Giveaway, Harris Teeter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend all of part of this Giveaway.
Harris Teeter reserves the right to disqualify any recipients determined to be tampering with or abusing any aspect of the VIC Giveaway.
Non-response by the reward recipient, not meeting eligibility requirements, not complying with the requirements of the Giveaway or choosing to decline the reward for any reason will be considered recipient’s forfeiture of reward.
This Giveaway, and all of its parts, is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Harris Teeter, Ruddick Corporation, their affiliates, parents and subsidiaries, and the employees, officers and directors of all such parties assume no responsibility or liability for, and all participants agree to release and hold them harmless from and against, any damages, injuries, losses, claims or causes of action of any kind arising from participation in this promotion, the operation of this Contest or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the reward.
