What are the benefits of being a VIC card holder?
By being a VIC member you receive:
- Automatic savings on specially marked VIC items you'll find throughout the store and in our weekly ad.
- Automatic entry into VIC sweepstakes and special promotions where you can win great prizes, valuable rewards and FREE groceries.
- A display of your VIC savings on the bottom of your register receipt.
- And best of all ... your VIC Card is absolutely FREE!

How do I get a VIC card?
You can obtain a VIC card at your local Harris Teeter store or you can apply online under "Promotions" then "VIC Programs" and complete an online VIC application.

How long will it take to get my card?
If you apply at store level, you receive your card immediately. If you order online, you will receive it in the mail in about two weeks.

How do I get a replacement card or make changes to my current profile?
You can Update your account information and request additional cards under "Promotions" then "VIC Programs" and it will provide instructions on ordering a replacement VIC card. You can also contact our VIC services department at 432-6111, option 1 and leave your VIC number, if available, your name, address and home phone number. You will receive a new set of cards with your account number on them.

If I have lost my card, can I go to the store and get a new one?
You can get a new card, but it is preferable that you fill out the replacement card portion of the application. You can also go online and get a replacement card or contact our Customer Relations VIC Services area at 1-800-432-6111, option 2, to obtain a new card with your same account number on it so that we can make sure all shopping done towards earning our loyalty rewards are directed to the proper VIC account.

What do I do if I do not have my VIC card when I am at the store?
You can provide your home phone number to the cashier and that will ensure that any shopping credits are applied to your VIC account. If the number does not work, that is an indication it is incorrect in our database. Please contact our Customer Relations VIC services area to let them know so they can update your information, 1-800-432-6111, option 2.

Do I need to fill out any forms to enter VIC sweepstakes?
No. You are automatically entered into VIC sweepstakes and special promotions simply by using your VIC card during the promotion dates.

How is my privacy protected?
At Harris Teeter, your privacy is our concern. We will not sell or give your name, address, email address or personal information to anyone.

We will occasionally use customer purchase records and other information to offer special promotions or coupons to our customers. But we do not share personal information with anyone outside of Harris Teeter. If you prefer not to receive these special offers, just select the "opt out" box located on the VIC online application form and (for existing VIC Card holders) on the VIC online change form.
