Chef Philip Anderson serves as the Director of Fresh Foods for Harris Teeter. He is a former chapter president of the American Culinary Federation, where he won Chapter "Chef of the Year 2000" and is certified as an Executive Chef. He has studied all over the world including: - Culinary Institute Of America, New York and Napa Valley
- School for American Chefs, Beringer Vineyards, Napa Valley
- UCLA’s Culinary Extension
- Assisted Team USA in the 1992 Culinary Olympics in Frankfurt, Germany

Chef Philip has been a featured Guest Chef: - Aspen Food and Wine Festival
- Wolfgang Puck’s Celebrity Chef’s Taste of the Nation, back lot of Universal Studios
- Independence Day Festival, Geneva, Switzerland, and most recently in the world famous Hacienda De Los Morales in Mexico City
Chef Philip has taught Culinary classes at The International Culinary Academy in Los Angeles, Metropolitan Community College, and various National Food Festivals. |
