 Our H. T. Traders brand represents so many aspects of fine cooking and dining it's hard to put it into words. We studied classical Mediterranean cooking and developed our own recipes based on time honored traditional flavors and methods, but we made them simple for you to bring home and blend into your menu planning.
Intensely flavored vinegars, excellent quality extra virgin olive oils, bronze die cut pastas, slow cooked pasta sauces, classical bruschettas and tapenades...we could go on and on. The best way to really appreciate these restaurant quality favorites of ours is to experience them yourself, and your satisfaction is guaranteed!
We then turned our attention home, because we had always been impressed with tried and true regional favorites - what can beat Texas made salsa? Or cheese straws from a family owned bakery in the deep south? The more we looked, the more we found. Our Traders are foodies through and through… we love great barbeque as much as we like great puttanesca sauce. It's keeping the recipe great tasting, traditional and authentic that matters most to us.
