We know you are asking… how did you choose the name Fish Eye™? As the legend goes, when a fisherman has an especially good catch, it is said that they have the Fish Eye. They seem to have a sixth sense about where the fish are and what will attract their attention. Harris Teeter has been searching for the perfect wine at a reasonable price and we found it, hook, line and sinker.
Fish Eye™ Vineyards makes quality wines that reflect both the varietal and the superb growing conditions of California. Dozens of bottles from barrel samples were tasted. Each blend was critiqued until we arrived at a perfect profile. You'll be on hooked on Fish Eye Pinot Grigio, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Chardonnay.

 2005 Pinot Grigio
The first thing that strikes you about the 2005 Pinot is the scent. It is floral, crisp, refreshing and bright.

 2005 California Merlot
The nose is ripe and fruity with plums and dark fruits. The palate is soft and long. Serve with pasta, turkey, pork or beef.
 2005 Cabernet Sauvignon
It is rich without being heavy. The nose is forward and fruity with a touch of herbs and pepper.
Delicious with any and all grilled meats especially HT Angus Reserve or Rancher Beef.
 2005 Chardonnay
It is rich and fruity with a touch of vanilla from our lightly toasted oak barrels. Drinks superbly with
