What makes our Snow Crab legs the best?
We test to ensure an 85% or greater meat to shell ratio is found in every load we purchase. That means more crab meat for your dollar! You will always enjoy a fresh, clean taste with our Snow Crab legs. We harvest from the crystal clear waters off of Quebec, Canada which ensures no "muddy taste or appearance."

Why are our scallops miles above the rest?
No parts and pieces here, only whole succulent scallops go into our boxes! We make sure each scallop is individually quick-frozen and dry packed. Never any water added and never any polytriphosphates used as a preservative. From Colossal to Calico...our scallops are the best!

What makes our Sashimi grade Tuna so good?
#1+ is the highest grade given to tuna and that is all you will find in our Seafood Market. Our tuna is frozen at sea, which guarantees it is always at peak freshness. Each steak is hand cut to our exacting specifications of 1-1/4 inch thickness and 6 to12 ounces each. Tuna is always in season at Harris Teeter Fishermans Market.

Why are Harris Teeter Fishermans Market shrimp always on the menu?
Cool nights on the farm... really! Our farm-raised shrimp are harvested during the night when the temperatures are below 70 degrees. This guarantees that each shrimp will arrive to you fresher and full of the best taste you’ll find anywhere. At harvest they are headed, rinsed and individually quick-frozen. Our farm-raised process of growing shrimp never uses polytriphosphates as a preservative, any antibiotics or growth hormones.
