Together In Education

 This year marks a major milestone in our continued effort to play an active role in the communities we serve. We celebrate our 10th year of working with you to support the future leaders of our society, as well as the teachers and administrators who have committed their time and energy to our educational system!
Through the Together in Education program and the support of loyal customers, we help our local schools bring new technology, equipment and resources into the classroom. In our ten years, participating schools have earned $10,854,147.
Together we can improve the quality of life for our children by supporting their learning efforts. Furthermore, our program is easy, both for our schools and for our customers. Together In Education is linked to your VIC card so there is no paperwork! It is indeed fund raising made easy!

New for 2007-08
Earn Money for Your School When You Fill Prescriptions at Harris Teeter
To celebrate our 10 year anniversary, we have added our in-store Pharmacies to the TIE program. During the 2007-08 year, any prescriptions* that a participating TIE customer fills at any of over 90 Harris Teeter Pharmacies, will earn the same percentage as all other items for the TIE program.
*Due to government regulations, this offer is not available for supplies or services paid for in whole or in part by any government program, including Medicaid and Medicare.
Teachers of Excellence
Harris Teeter is excited to introduce our new Teachers of Excellence program for this school year. We will provide public recognition and financial rewards to the 10 Teachers who are chosen.
