I am very excited to tell you that our newly updated yourwellness for families program will again be available in 2010 FREE of charge!
As you’ll recall, the yourwellness for families program is designed to help you and your children (even your grandchildren!) get healthy, stay healthy, and feel great. The program is a life enhancement program, not simply a weight management plan, though aspects of it can be used to help you and your loved ones achieve and maintain a healthy body weight.
The FREE yourwellness for families guide outlines an easy to follow 15-week plan of action to help optimize your family’s health and wellbeing, and it all starts with YOU!
Your kids look to you as a role model, following your lead especially when it comes to issues like eating well, exercise, and stress management.
