I am a conventionally trained medical doctor who also had the great good fortune to train directly under Dr. Andrew Weil at the University of Arizona College of Medicine's Program in Integrative Medicine. Dr. Weil and the program faculty taught me so much about how each of us might help ourselves be and stay healthy by making good lifestyle and dietary choices, and now I am privileged to work with Harris Teeter to share that information with you.
