What is Kamut?

Most everyone knows that eating whole grains can promote optimal health.

And there are plenty of grains to choose from - one you may not have heard of is called Kamut.

Kamut may provide more of some important minerals than other types of grain, and is high in protein.

There is as yet little research into the health benefits specifically attached to eating Kamut - but most people agree that it tastes good!
