Cooking and eating well in our 70s, 80s, 90s...

Ms. D is concerned about her parents. They are in their 70s, in fairly good health, but have little interest in shopping for food or cooking, and eat most of their meals out. Ms. D wonders if there might be easy, "core food" meals her parents could shop for, make and enjoy at home to stay well.
