"What's the difference between a yam and a sweet potato? Are they the same?"

A friend of mine died recently. He was a dear soul.
And he spent much of his career helping others to live fully, even in the midst of life's greatest challenges, such as loss.
Coping skills are important, for challenges both small and great. And coping skills can be learned and bettered at any age.
Some of the most effective ways to cope require the presence of others in our life - family, friends, doctors, clergy and counselors. In this regard, we heal best in community.
