There has been growing interest in alternate day fasting - eat what you like one day, then fast the next.

I'm not crazy about this idea - it seems extreme, and food is one of the great pleasures in life.

New guidelines for the management of blood cholesterol were released last month.

According to the guidelines, nearly 50 million adults between the ages of
40-79 could benefit from taking statin drugs.
