Harris Teeter Sending Tractor Trailer of Water to Help Purcellville, Va. Residents Affected by Boil Water Alert


Charlotte, N.C.
– The Virginia Department of Health advised a boil water alert to all Purcellville residents on Oct. 2, 2012 due to a water main break.  In order to help Purcellville residents affected by the alert, Harris Teeter will distribute FREE water to community members, while supplies last.

A tractor trailer containing 4,320 one-gallon containers of water will arrive at Harris Teeter’s Purcellville location the morning of Oct. 3, 2012; store associates will distribute one case of water per customer.
