Harris Teeter established Together in Education to help schools financially in the communities in which its stores are located.  Schools that have a TIE code can earn money when community members link their VIC cards to the TIE code and purchase Harris Teeter brand products or fill a prescription at our pharmacy.  On your next visit to the store, try one of our new Harris Teeter Naturals yogurts or our Harris Teeter Brand Lean Way and Smart Way Cereals and start earning money for your school!

Harris Teeter encourages all schools grades k-12 to get involved in Together in Education and participate in its bonus programs to earn extra cash.  The company makes three TIE payouts per year to schools raising $250 or more during the given payout period.  The program runs through May 31, 2011; community members have 2 ½ more months to raise money for their Together in Education school during the 2010/2011 school year.
