When it comes to Harris Teeter, we have options for everyone and, with our yourwellness program, we want to help you learn the various healthy ways to shop the aisles while making cooking fun and offering your taste buds a treat!
Dr. Russell Greenfield, M.D., and nutritionist Beth Avery, R.D., have been a part of Harris Teeter’s yourwellness team since it was launched in 2006 and, in 2011, are ready to take our shoppers on a video tour of our grocery aisles. Their goal is to help our customers learn how to prepare a variety of delicious foods while keeping yourwellness in mind.
In January, take the first step toward a healthier you and sign-up to go “Shopping With Dr. Russ” as an e-letter member. The membership is free and, through the program, you will receive bi-monthly emails during which we’ll take you on virtual shopping trips down our grocery aisles, plus exclusive member only savings.
