The shopping experience at Harris Teeter just got easier
Express Lane online shopping is now available in Brentwood, TN
Brentwood, TN - Between the job, the kids, cleaning and all the other errands customers must accomplish in a day, making it to the grocery store isn't always possible. Now, in just a couple of minutes customers can order groceries online and they will be ready to pick up at their convenience.
On January 4, 2006 the Peartree Village Harris Teeter located 210 Franklin Rd. introduced Express Lane shopping. This service provides customers with the option of purchasing their groceries over the Internet.
With Express Lane service, customers order their groceries on-line and a personal shopper will do the shopping for them. “With the increased time constraints we all face today, on-line shopping offers consumers a quick, easy way to buy groceries,” said Fred Morganthall, President of Harris Teeter.
It is a simple process. Customers' shop online, designate the time when they would like to pick up their groceries and a Personal Shopper will load the order into their car. “Harris Teeter wants to provide customers with the most convenient shopping experience possible,” added Morganthall.
Harris Teeter first launched Express Lane shopping in Charlotte, NC in 2001. A total of 19 stores in North Carolina, Virginia and now Tennessee offer Express Lane with plans to expand the service to more stores in the future. Mywebgrocer provides the service for Harris Teeter and its customers.
