Harris Teeter’s Express Lane online shopping is becoming a must for shoppers
It’s easy and now it is available at eight Charlotte area stores

Customers agree, Harris Teeter is committed to making their lives easier.  Between the job, the kids, cleaning and all the other errands customers must accomplish in a day, making it to the grocery store isn't always possible.   Harris Teeter once again has expanded the offering of Express Lane shopping so in just a couple of minutes shoppers can order groceries online and they will be ready to pick up at their convenience.

On June 15th the Stonecrest Harris Teeter located 7852 Rea Rd will introduce Express Lane shopping.   With this service, customers order their groceries on-line and a personal shopper will do the shopping for them. “With the increased time constraints we all face today, on-line shopping offers consumers a quick, easy way to buy groceries,” said Fred Morganthall, President of Harris Teeter.

It is a simple process.  Customers' shop online, designate the time when they would like to pick up their groceries and a Personal Shopper will load the order into their car.  “Harris Teeter wants to provide customers with the most convenient shopping experience possible,” added Morganthall.

Harris Teeter first launched Express Lane shopping in Charlotte, NC in 2001.  In addition to the Stonecrest store the service is also available at Matthews Township, Mallard Creek, Steele Croft, Providence Commons, Morrocroft Village, Shops at Morrison Plantation, and Jetton Village Harris Teeter locations.  A total of 14 stores in North Carolina and Virginia offer Express Lane with plans to expand the service to more stores in the future. Mywebgrocer provides the service for Harris Teeter and its customers.
