Harris Teeter to Open Second Mooresville Store
MOORESVILLE, NC, March 18, 2002 ---Harris Teeter will open its 2nd Mooresville store at 8 a.m. on Wednesday, April 17. Located at Morrison Plantation, the 38,109 square-foot store will be open from 6 a.m. to midnight, and will employ about 100 associates.

The store, at 134-H Town Center Drive, will feature a wide variety of grocery and dairy products, along with full-service meat, seafood, fresh foods and floral departments. The store will also offer a carousel U-Scan, which will allow self-checkout for customers with all order sizes. In addition, the store will offer a natural foods section, a fresh fruit bar, Certified Angus Beef, Coinstar and many other amenities for which Harris Teeter stores are noted.

Chuck Munn, who has been with Harris Teeter since July of 1996, will manage the store. Co-Managers at the new location will be Stan Dziki and Kathryn Bunting.
